Eligibility<br>Only those who have signed the full refund policy contract on or after June 17, 2023, and have paid the treatment cost in cash are eligible (payments made via credit card, QR code, etc., are not eligible).<\/li>\n<li>2. Lack of Effectiveness\n<ul>\n<li>(1) Requirements<br>If the Dr. HIFU Premium Therma treatment has shown no effect 1\u20132 months after the treatment.<\/li>\n<li>(2) Decision Maker<br>The determination of the treatment&#8217;s effectiveness will be made by our clinic. Opinions from patients or third parties may serve as reference materials but are not binding on our clinic&#8217;s decision.<\/li>\n<li>(3) Decision Timing<br>The effectiveness will be determined at the time of the refund request, provided it is within 1\u20132 months after the treatment.<\/li>\n<li>(4) Evidence<br>Photos taken at our clinic before the treatment, immediately after the treatment, and at the time of the refund request (within 1\u20132 months after the treatment) will be used for evaluation. Photos taken by patients or third parties will not be considered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>3. Follow-up at Our Clinic<br>A follow-up observation at our clinic (usually 1\u20132 weeks) is required after the refund request.<br>\nThe decision regarding the treatment&#8217;s effectiveness will be based on the time of the refund request, not the end of the follow-up period. Even if effects appear during the follow-up period after being deemed ineffective, a refund will still be issued. Conversely, if the treatment is deemed effective at the time of the refund request but the effects disappear during the follow-up, no refund will be issued.<\/li>\n<li>4. The clinic will take photographs to determine effectiveness, and the refund request must be submitted using the designated form. Requests via mail or internet are not accepted.<\/li>\n<li>(2) Required Documents<br>A valid photo ID that verifies your current address (e.g., health insurance card, driver&#8217;s license). For private IDs (e.g., university student ID), additional proof of address, such as a residency certificate, must be attached.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>6. Cases Not Eligible for Refund and Other Notes\n<ul>\n<li>(1) Failure to meet conditions 1\u20135.<\/li>\n<li>(2) Lack of required photographs. Photos taken at our clinic during initial consultation, immediately after treatment, and at the time of the refund request are necessary.
