Premium Therma Refund Policy<\/h4>\n

If you have signed a contract for Premium Therma, a refund will be issued in the following cases:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • 1. Eligibility
    \n Customers who signed a full refund contract after June 17, 2022, and paid the treatment fee in cash (payments via credit card, QR code, etc., are not eligible).\n <\/li>\n
  • \n 2. No Effectiveness\n
      \n
    • (1) Requirement
      \n If there is no effect from the Premium Therma treatment one to two months after the procedure.\n <\/li>\n
    • (2) Determination
      \n The presence or absence of effects from Premium Therma will be determined by our clinic. Opinions from patients or third parties will be considered as reference material but are not binding.\n <\/li>\n
    • (3) Determination Time
      \n The effectiveness will be assessed one to two months after the procedure when the refund request is submitted.\n <\/li>\n
    • (4) Evaluation Materials
      \n Photos taken at our clinic before the procedure, immediately after the procedure, and at the time of the refund request (within one to two months post-procedure) will be used for evaluation. Photos taken by patients or third parties will not be considered.\n <\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n
    • 3. Follow-up Observations
      \n Post-refund request, follow-up observations at our clinic are required (typically 1\u20132 weeks). The determination of effectiveness is made at the time of the refund request, not after the follow-up period. If effectiveness is later observed during follow-up, the refund will still be granted. Conversely, if effectiveness is observed initially but diminishes later, the refund will not be granted.\n <\/li>\n
    • 4. Refund Request Period
      \n Refund requests must be made within two months of the Premium Therma procedure.\n <\/li>\n
    • \n 5. Refund Request Process\n
        \n
      • (1) Location and Method of Request
        \n Refund requests must be made in person at the clinic where the Premium Therma treatment was performed. A specified form must be completed for the request. Requests via mail or online are not accepted.\n <\/li>\n
      • (2) Required Documentation
        \n Valid identification with current address proof (e.g., health insurance card, driver’s license, or official address certificate for non-government ID).\n <\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n
      • \n 6. Cases Not Eligible for Refunds or Other Notes\n
          \n
        • (1) Failure to meet any of the above conditions (1\u20135).<\/li>\n
        • (2) Absence of photos taken at our clinic for objective evaluation. Patients who refused photos at initial consultation or post-treatment are not eligible.<\/li>\n
        • (3) Treatment fees paid via credit card, QR code, or other non-cash methods are not eligible.<\/li>\n
        • (4) Transportation costs incurred for clinic visits are not eligible for refunds.<\/li>\n
