CO2 wave\uff09\u304c\u3042\u308a\u3001\u30a6\u30eb\u30c8\u30e9\u30d1\u30eb\u30b9\u6ce2\u306f\u5468\u56f2\u306e\u71b1\u640d\u50b7\u3092\u6700\u5c0f\u9650\u306b\u6291\u3048\u308b\u5229\u70b9\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div acuminatum\uff09\u3067\u306f\u3001\u5c40\u6240\u9ebb\u9154\u4e0b\u3067\u4e2d\u5fc3\u75c5\u5909\u3092\u84b8\u6563\u3057\u3001\u6df1\u90e8\u307e\u3067\u51e6\u7406\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u53ef\u80fd\u3067\u3059\u3002\u305f\u3060\u3057\u3001\u30a6\u30a4\u30eb\u30b9DNA\u3092\u542b\u3080\u84b8\u6563\u7159\u304c\u767a\u751f\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u3001\u7159\u5438\u5f15\u88c5\u7f6e\u306e\u4f7f\u7528\u304c\u91cd\u8981\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div keratosis\uff09\u306b\u306f\u3001\u5c64\u72b6\u306b\u6b63\u78ba\u306b\u84b8\u6563\u3055\u305b\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3067\u3001\u901a\u5e381\u301c2\u56de\u306e\u6cbb\u7642\u3067\u9664\u53bb\u304c\u53ef\u80fd\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u65e5\u5149\u89d2\u5316\u75c7\uff08actinic keratosis\uff09\u306f\u3001\u4ee5\u524d\u306f\u524d\u304c\u3093\u75c5\u5909\u3068\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3057\u305f\u304c\u3001\u73fe\u5728\u306f\u8868\u76ae\u5185\u6709\u68d8\u7d30\u80de\u764c\uff08in situ squamous cell carcinoma\uff09\u3068\u898b\u306a\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u307e\u3059\u3002\u30d5\u30e9\u30af\u30b7\u30e7\u30ca\u30ebCO2\u30ec\u30fc\u30b6\u30fc\u3084\u5149\u7dda\u529b\u5b66\u7642\u6cd5\uff08photodynamic therapy, PDT\uff09\u3068\u306e\u4f75\u7528\u306b\u3088\u308a\u52b9\u679c\u304c\u5411\u4e0a\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8868\u76ae\u6bcd\u6591\u304a\u3088\u3073\u8102\u817a\u6bcd\u6591\uff08epidermal and sebaceous nevi\uff09\u306f\u3001\u7f8e\u5bb9\u76ee\u7684\u3067\u9664\u53bb\u3055\u308c\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u591a\u304f\u3001CO2\u30ec\u30fc\u30b6\u30fc\u306b\u3088\u308b\u51e6\u7406\u306f\u518d\u767a\u7387\u304c\u4f4e\u304f\u3001\u826f\u597d\u306a\u7f8e\u5bb9\u7d50\u679c\u3092\u3082\u305f\u3089\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u771f\u76ae\u6027\u6bcd\u6591\uff08dermal nevi\uff09\u306b\u5bfe\u3057\u3066\u306f\u3001\u7279\u306b\u9854\u9762\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u7622\u75d5\u3092\u6700\u5c0f\u9650\u306b\u6291\u3048\u305f\u6cbb\u7642\u304c\u53ef\u80fd\u3067\u3059\u3002\u6cbb\u7642\u306e\u969b\u306b\u306f\u30c0\u30fc\u30e2\u30b9\u30b3\u30d4\u30fc\uff08dermoscopic guidance\uff09\u306b\u3088\u308b\u8a55\u4fa1\u304c\u63a8\u5968\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n<div hyperplasia\uff09\u306b\u306f\u3001\u30a6\u30eb\u30c8\u30e9\u30d1\u30eb\u30b9CO2\u30ec\u30fc\u30b6\u30fc\u304c\u6709\u52b9\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9152\u3055\u306e\u9032\u884c\u578b\u3067\u3042\u308b\u9f3b\u7624\uff08rhinophyma\uff09\u306b\u306f\u3001Nd:YAG\u30ec\u30fc\u30b6\u30fc\uff08\u8840\u7ba1\u6210\u5206\uff09\u3068\u306e\u4f75\u7528\u306b\u3088\u308a\u3001\u7e4a\u7dad\u5316\u7d44\u7e54\u306e\u8f2a\u90ed\u3092\u6574\u3048\u308b\u6cbb\u7642\u304c\u884c\u308f\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9023\u7d9a\u6ce2CO2\u30ec\u30fc\u30b6\u30fc\u306f\u3001\u795e\u7d4c\u7dda\u7dad\u816b\uff08neurofibroma\uff09\u3084\u7d50\u7bc0\u6027\u8840\u7ba1\u816b\uff08angiofibroma\uff09\u306e\u5916\u79d1\u7684\u5207\u9664\u306b\u3082\u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u304c\u3001\u8272\u7d20\u8131\u5931\u3092\u4f34\u3046\u7622\u75d5\u304c\u6b8b\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3042\u308a\u3001\u7f8e\u5bb9\u76ee\u7684\u306b\u306f\u4e0d\u5411\u304d\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
