Repeat this sequence of actions 10 times, performing 3 sets per day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>Aerobic exercise<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aerobic exercise such as walking, jogging, cycling, and swimming improves blood flow throughout the body and promotes cardiovascular health.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aim for 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise or 75 minutes of high-intensity exercise per week.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>Yoga<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Yoga helps reduce stress, improve blood flow, and strengthen pelvic floor muscles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poses that realign the pelvis and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles (e.g., Bridge Pose, Warrior Pose ) are especially recommended.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong>Strength training<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strengthening the lower body muscles, especially the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes, can improve blood flow to the pelvic area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Squats, deadlifts, and leg presses are effective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. <strong>pronged stretch (Pubococcygeal muscle stretch)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It can relieve tension in the pelvic floor muscles associated with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hiro-clinic.or.jp\/ed\/\">ED<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sit on the floor, legs stretched out in front of you, and reach forward while slowly leaning forward. Hold this posture for 30 seconds and relax.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Before beginning any of these exercises, it is important to consult with a physician to ensure that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hiro-clinic.or.jp\/ed\/\">ED<\/a> is suitable for these exercises.
