Causes of the disease<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Xp11.22-p11.23 duplication syndrome is a genetic disorder caused by a duplication of the p11.22 to p11.23 region of the X chromosome. This duplication leads to the overexpression of multiple genes, which can affect development, the nervous system, and behavior. It can occur as an inherited or de novo mutation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Symptoms\"><\/span>2.
