当院は、オンライン資格確認システムを導入し、マイナンバーカードによる保険証（マイナ保険証）の利用を推奨しております。当院が患者さんからお預かりした受診歴、薬剤情報、特定健診情報、その他必要な診療情報は、適切に管理・活用して診察いたします。なお、令和6年7月1日より、医療情報取得加算として下表の通り診療報酬点数を算定いたします。

Importance of the Test
Infertility can be caused by a variety of factors. In women, this may include abnormalities in the X chromosome, primary ovarian insufficiency, and polycystic ovary syndrome, while in men, it may involve sex chromosome abnormalities, microdeletions of the Y chromosome, and hypogonadotropic hypogonadism. Through these genetic tests, it becomes possible to identify the underlying cause of infertility and determine the most appropriate treatment plan.

Female Infertility Test:
Aimed at 78 genes to explore possible factors related to female infertility.
Male Infertility Test:
Examines 40 genes to investigate the causes of male infertility.
