Fetal ultrasound can be performed
The following clinics have obstetricians and gynaecologists on staff and can provide transvaginal ultrasound (transvaginal ultrasound) and abdominal ultrasound (abdominal ultrasound) prior to the NIPT examination.
It is reassuring to have a thorough knowledge of the foetus’ condition before undergoing a NIPT examination.

Transvaginal and abdominal ultrasound can provide information on the developing foetus.
It is recommended for people with the following concerns.
- Those who have not had a recent antenatal check-up and are worried.
- Those whose NT was found to be thick or otherwise abnormal at the last check-up.
- Those who have recently experienced irregular bleeding.
- Unsure of the number of weeks of pregnancy.
- Those who are unsure whether they really are still twins at present.
Family members can be present during the ultrasound examination. Due to the convenience of the examination room, only one person can be present, but you and your family can see your baby together.
Please enjoy the sight of your baby moving in your belly.
If you come to the clinic with your child (pre-schooler), a staff member will accompany you in the waiting room during the ultrasound examination.
An ultrasound machine Xario 100 and a comfortable examination table DG-770 for pregnant women have been installed.
